Membership is open to anyone regardless of race, color, ethnic background, gender, religion or national origin. The quality and commitment of YA-PAC members shall be of utmost importance. YA-PAC members are required to have high morals and a good reputation in the community. New members must submit a membership application for consideration by YA-PAC’s Membership Committee. To become a YA-PAC member, print/type the following form and submit a hard copy to the YA-PAC membership committee.
